Master Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Master Official Rules apply to individual giveaways offered under the name “The Wellow Reset.” Each event, drawing, or other activation is a separate giveaway (“Giveaway”).

The specific prize, approximate retail value, eligibility requirements, entry method, and other material details for each Giveaway will appear on the applicable event sign, entry form, social-media post, QR-code landing page, or other written notice (“Giveaway Notice”). Each Giveaway Notice is incorporated into these Master Official Rules.


Sponsor

The sponsor is AME Medical LLC, doing business as The Wellow, located at 6023 Broad St, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 (“Sponsor”).

Separate giveaways

Each Wellow Reset Giveaway is a separate promotion.

An entry in one Giveaway does not carry over to another Giveaway. Entering or winning a previous Giveaway does not automatically enter a person in a future Giveaway.

If a Giveaway Notice conflicts with these Master Official Rules, the Giveaway Notice controls only with respect to that Giveaway’s prize, entry method, age requirement, and other event-specific details. These Master Official Rules control in all other respects.


Entry period

The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the date of the event and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the date of the event. Entries received outside this period are ineligible.

Sponsor’s designated entry system will serve as the official timekeeping device.


eligibility

Unless a Giveaway Notice states a higher age requirement, a Giveaway is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who:

  • Are at least 18 years old at the time of entry;

  • Can travel to Sponsor’s Pittsburgh-area location at their own expense; and

  • Meet the requirements stated in the applicable Giveaway Notice

A Giveaway for microneedling is open only to entrants age 22 or older unless the legally authorized labeling for the exact device permits a different minimum age.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Sponsor may also exclude event organizers, vendors, and their employees when stated in the Giveaway Notice.

Void where prohibited.

No medical or health information is required to enter.


How to enter

Entrants must use the free entry method stated in the applicable Giveaway Notice. The entry method may include completing a paper entry form, submitting a digital form through a QR code, or using another free method designated by Sponsor.

Eligible individuals may enter without attending an event or purchasing admission by using the free online entry form linked in the footer of Wellow’s website during the applicable entry period. Online and event entries will be included in the same random drawing and will receive equal treatment.

Unless the Giveaway Notice expressly permits otherwise, there is a limit of one entry per person per Giveaway.

No purchase, payment, appointment, consultation, treatment, event ticket, donation, review, testimonial, referral, social-media post, or marketing consent is required.

Entrants do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

Automated, duplicate, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or noncompliant entries may be disqualified. Entrants may not use multiple identities, email addresses, or social-media accounts to avoid an entry limit.


Prize

The prize for each Giveaway will be identified before entry in the applicable Giveaway Notice.

Depending on the Giveaway, the prize may consist of:

A. Facial Prize

One facial performed by an appropriately licensed professional at Sponsor’s designated Pittsburgh-area location.

B. Microneedling Prize

One microneedling session using the device and treatment area identified in the Giveaway Notice. The procedure will be provided through a properly structured medical practice and performed by a properly licensed and trained medical professional acting within the professional’s lawful scope of practice and, when applicable, under documented physician delegation and medical protocols.

The Giveaway Notice will state the prize’s approximate retail value and any material limitations.

Unless specifically included in the Giveaway Notice, a prize does not include upgrades, add-ons, additional sessions, products, PRP, exosomes, prescription products, medications, transportation, parking, lodging, gratuities, or other expenses.

A prize may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot lawfully or safely be provided.


winner selection and odds

The potential winner will be randomly selected within 10 business days after the event.

The drawing will include all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that particular Giveaway.

The person selected is a potential winner until Sponsor confirms eligibility and compliance with these Master Official Rules and the applicable Giveaway Notice.


winner notification

Sponsor will contact the potential winner using the telephone number, email address, social-media account, or other contact information supplied with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours after Sponsor sends the initial notification unless the Giveaway Notice states a different response period.

Sponsor will never require a winner to make a payment, purchase a service, provide credit-card information, or pay a shipping or processing charge to claim a prize.

Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing if the potential winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;

  • Does not respond by the stated deadline;

  • Is not eligible;

  • Declines the prize and any offered alternative;

  • Provides false or incomplete information; or

  • Fails to comply with these rules.

clinical screening

Winning does not constitute medical clearance or guarantee that a particular treatment will be performed.

Before receiving a treatment, the winner must complete Sponsor’s ordinary private consultation, health screening, and/or informed-consent process. A properly licensed professional will determine whether the treatment is clinically appropriate.

The winner may be required to follow reasonable pre-treatment and aftercare instructions. Sponsor may postpone or decline to perform a treatment when necessary to protect the winner’s health or comply with professional standards, device labeling, or applicable law.

No medical information should be submitted through a public comment, event entry card, or general Giveaway entry form.’

alternative Prize for clinically ineligible

If the winner is not an appropriate candidate for the advertised treatment, declines the procedure after reviewing its risks, or cannot safely receive it, Sponsor will offer an alternative non-invasive skincare service of equal or greater approximate retail value.

Clinical ineligibility will not cause an otherwise eligible winner to forfeit the entire prize.

For a microneedling Giveaway, the alternative will not include another invasive or medical procedure unless the winner is separately evaluated and found to be an appropriate candidate.

treatment results and advertising claims

Individual results vary. Sponsor does not promise or guarantee a particular cosmetic or medical result.

A single treatment may not produce the result an individual seeks, and additional treatments may be recommended. Any additional treatment is optional, is not part of the prize unless expressly stated, and will not affect the winner’s eligibility to receive the advertised prize.

Descriptions of microneedling treatments are limited to claims supported by the exact device’s legally authorized labeling and other competent evidence.

privacy and marketing consent

Information collected through a Giveaway entry will be used to:

  • Administer the Giveaway;

  • Verify eligibility;

  • Contact the potential winner;

  • Prevent fraud; and

  • Comply with applicable law.

If an entrant separately opts in to text-message marketing, Sponsor may also use the entrant’s mobile number to send marketing communications and separate promotional offers in accordance with the consent provided on the entry form. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.

Optional text-message marketing consent will be requested through a separate, unchecked choice on the Giveaway entry form. Treatment consent and any photography, testimonial, or HIPAA authorization will be obtained separately after winner selection and will not be a condition of receiving the prize, except that ordinary informed treatment consent is required before a procedure can safely be performed.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose an entrant’s medical information.

special promotion offers

Sponsor may provide separate promotional offers by text message to entrants who have separately consented to receive text-message marketing communications. These offers are not Giveaway prizes, do not affect the odds of winning, have no cash value, and are subject to the terms presented with the applicable offer.

Marketing consent is not required to enter or win. Receiving, accepting, declining, or using a separate promotional offer will not affect an entrant’s eligibility or chances of winning.

photographs, testimonials, and health information

A winner is not required to provide a review, testimonial, photograph, video, social-media post, or before-and-after image.

Any advertising use of a winner’s image, testimonial, treatment information, or results requires a separate, voluntary written authorization when required by law. Refusing that authorization will not affect the winner’s eligibility or right to receive the prize.

Treatment consent, photography consent, marketing authorization, and Giveaway entry will be obtained through separate documents or choices, as applicable.

general conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, interferes with a Giveaway, submits fraudulent entries, behaves in a threatening or disruptive manner, or violates these rules.

If fraud, technical failure, event cancellation, platform disruption, public emergency, unauthorized intervention, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affects a Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, reschedule, or cancel that Giveaway.

When reasonably possible, Sponsor will award the prize through a random drawing from eligible, unaffected entries received before the disruption.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, misdirected, or not received because of technical or communications failures.

Nothing in these rules waives a right or liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability arising from professional negligence or legally protected patient rights. Treatment-specific risks and consent will be addressed separately through Sponsor’s clinical documents.

taxes and expenses

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and any expense not expressly included in the prize.

social media disclaimer

When a Giveaway is promoted through a social-media platform, that Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or any other identified platform.

By entering through a social-media platform, each entrant releases that platform from claims arising from administration of the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor, not to the social-media platform.

governing law

Each Giveaway and these Master Official Rules are governed by Pennsylvania law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, subject to applicable law.

These Master Official Rules are available at thewellow.com/wellow-reset-rules.

The Giveaway Notice for each individual drawing will be presented to entrants before entry through the applicable entry form, event signage, social-media post, or other written promotional material. A separate webpage or URL is not required for each Giveaway.
